Very responsive. I actually opted in from a door to door sales pitch, which usually I won't. Salesman was honest, respectful and friendly. Tech came out same day and did whole inside and outside treatment. Texted about follow up treatments and showed up when he said he would. No ants this year, anywhere, and usually they'll find their way into the house by now. Spiders...none. They got all cobwebs down from garage knocked down all wasp nests outside. etc. Good local company...excellent customer service.
